Rates

We offer a rate for

2025: from $ 175,00 a night.

A 12% tax will be added.

The price is based on an occupancy of 4 people. For every extra person $ 10.00 a day will be added.

There is a minimum stay of 1 week. A final cleaning of $ 175 will be added.

The rental rates includes:

  • Bedlinnen.
  • Towels and Beach towels.
  • Kitchen towels.
  • WiFi
  • Water and electricity
  • Solar pool heating
  • All local Taxes

    • A deposit of 20% of the rental price secures booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. In addition, at that time, a separate fully refundable deposit of $ 300 is required in case of any breakages or damage sustained.
