Second bedroom: King size bed, built in wardrobes.
Third bedroom: Two single beds, built in wardrobe.

Ensuite bathroom: twin sinks, oversized tub and walk in shower.
Second bathroom: Bath, shower and single vanity unit.
Third bathroom: restroom with sink unit near the swimming pool.

Living Area

Living room: Two sofas and large patio doors opening onto the pool area.
Family room: 46" TV, Blu ray player and a 5.1 surround sound system, two large sofas and one relax chair. Patio doors opening onto the pool area.

Dining

Breakfast area: Table and 4 chairs adjacent to kitchen and a bar with 2 barstools.
Formal dining room: Large dining table and 6 chairs for formal dining.

General details

Villa is air conditioned and all rooms including the lanai have ceiling fans. All bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

Kitchen

All modern conveniences including dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer and waste disposal unit etc.

Lanai

Large table and 6 chairs for outside dining, gas B-B-Q and 4 sun loungers around the pool.

Pool

Pool is solar heated and is south facing so it gets the sun all day. Pool and lanai overlook a lake.

Garage

Double garage with remote opening electric door. In the garage are 5 bicycles and 2 men's and women's golf set that you can use. Our own car is parked in the garage.

Utility Room

Containing family sized washing machine and tumble dryer.

Internet

The villa has free wireless High-speed internet access for our guests.
